It's a very cozy, well kept place with a very thoughtful interior. Our host Joana also provided bread and a little welcome snack and sent us information about Porto Covo beforehand which was very useful. It's located right at the Rota vicentina which made it perfect as a overnight stay for us, but it really made us wanting to stay a little longer!

It’s like a little villa build by fairies and surrounded by pure nature! For sure (with a capital S) that we’re coming back!

Monte Da Baía Do Tonel is located 5 km from the village of Zambujeira do Mar and offer a unique sense of peace and tranquillity. So quiet, the staff were great, they made us feel like we were at home. We used a small child and it was perfect for that too. They have já a better house because there was a bigger group next to us so they upgrade us for free to a nicer apartment so that we could Be on our own. A complimentary bottle of wine was waiting for us, that was fantastic. The house had everything we needed to shower sleep, cool etc. We loved it.

A great quiet refuge, perfect for enjoying time as a family. The 2 Br unit was a perfect size for our family of 4, and the breakfast each day was huge and excellent. We loved the house, all mod cons. Stylish, minimalist, cozy and comfortable, like being at home. Nearby restaurants in town. Big supermarkets 15min drive in Odemira. 2min walk from the beach & cliffs, walking trail along the coast. We would certainly come back.
