Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con le nostre carte di credito e gli host sono stati disponibilissimi ad aspettare fino a sera che potessimo prelevare per pagare il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo ricevuto la colazione in camera per tutte le mattine che abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura e ci hanno fornito delle biciclette per una piccola gita che abbiamo voluto fare. In più l’host è stato ben contento di accompagnarci alla stazione il giorno della partenza nonostante la levataccia. Insomma, la struttura non è di certo un hotel a 5 stelle, ma l’accoglienza e i servizi offerti cancellano ogni difetto. Grazie!

Taketoritei Maruyama is a non-smoking Japanese-style accommodation featuring natural hot spring baths for private use and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Our room was amazing, both the room and hotel are very clean. The room was quiet, our private onsen and garden were beautiful we enjoyed them a lot. There is a cattle in the room with tea and also a coffee maker. The staff was amazing, really friendly, very attentive and helped with all our questions. They reserved restaurants for us and brought us with a car to the restaurants. They also helped with arranging transport for our luggage to the next hotel. There was also a dedicated English speaking staff member. The location of the hotel is also great, it's higher up in Arima, which makes it nice quiet.

Situato di fronte alla via centrale dello shopping, nella zona delle sorgenti termali di Kinosaki Onsen, il Morizuya mette a vostra disposizione colorati abiti yukata e offre camere in autentico stile... Prima cosa lo staff super gentile, ti fanno sentire come a casa,tutto perfetto. La camera molto bella in stile giapponese, pulita e con dettagli molto belli. Posizione ottima e servizio compreso di noleggio kimono fotografie. Nella struttura ci sono due vasche calde molto carine e pulitissime.Il proprietario è un super padrone di casa e anche il resto della famiglia. Consiglio di provarlo.

Located in the quiet areas of Kinosaki hot-spring district, Sensui offers Japanese-style accommodations and 3 private reservable hot-spring baths. Amazing place. We are definitely get back there. Private baths were wonderful addition. The best dinner I've ever get. I regret I didn't take more expensive/extended option. Special thanks to Ayuri, who made our stay not only wonderful, but a special life experience.

Situato nei boschi vicino al Monte Kuruhi, a 5 minuti di navetta gratuita dalla stazione ferroviaria di Kinosaki-Onsen, il Kinosaki Nishimuraya Hotel Shogetsutei offre splendide vasche termali... The resort private onsen at the resort was definitely the star of the show. It's only available to guests staying at the report and different from the 7 public ones. Highly recommend the half board with the buffet breakfast. The meals were so good and the quality very high, chefs kiss!

Breakfast and dinner served in the room. Different variety for the two breakfasts over the two mornings. Dinner is the variety that you choose from the available set menus. We had the crab one night (local fresh crabs) and Tajimaya Beef the next night. Multi-course meals. Delicious and great service. They also arranged to have luggage delivered to near the train station so we could continued enjoying the town on checkout day. You should come here. The location is also excellent for being in the quieter part of town yet near the baths and ropeway.

Onishiya Suisyouen offers beautiful hot-spring baths, a sauna and Japanese garden beside the Maruyama River. The hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the staff were nothing short of incredible. Super attentive, really warm and welcoming and very very helpful with everything you may need. The inside is very beautifully made as a traditional Japanese inn which I loved, the food was amazing and there certainly was a lot of it so I hope you’re hungry!
